Our Consignment Policy

Second Hand Rose is an experienced consigning shop designed to resell higher quality ladies and children’s clothing and accessories. We look forward to working with you!

1. You will receive 50% of the selling price.

2. Clothing must be clean, pressed and on hangers. All items should be high fashion and current season.

3. Receiving is done without an appointment Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and by appointment only on Saturday. Consignors should return when convenient to receive an inventory copy. Second Hand Rose has select list of Brands that is accepted. For that list, Click Here. Vintage clothing is not accepted.

4. The management prices merchandise based on experience of what the market will bear. Our policy includes marking down items when necessary.

5. All merchandise is consigned for 60 days. Any item not picked up within two weeks of its expiration date will become property of the store or donated to charity. Second Hand Rose is not responsible for reminding consignors of the expiration of their contract. Please mark your calendar and phone two days ahead before reclaiming unsold items. Limited storage requires us to donate merchandise left one week beyond the reclaiming appointment.

6. Consignors can receive payment at any time for merchandise sold and posted to date. Checks must be picked up within six months of item sale.

7. Second Hand Rose is not liable for loss or damage of any item left for consignment.
