What times can I bring in clothes for review?
We look at items between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays are by appointment only, please call to see what times are available. Please make sure that you arrive before 2 pm, as all items received each day must be processed before the end of business and we need time to get your items out on the floor.

Why do you require items be pressed and on hangers?
The items must be ready to go out on the floor immediately upon processing and we do not have any sort of equipment in store to clean or press your items. We ask that clothes be on hangers because we work off of hanging bars so that we can quickly sort through them and choose the items that will sell best for you.

How do I know if I have money in my account and when can I pick it up?

What do I do at the end of the consignment period?
We give you a receipt with your expiration date for the items you bring in on a specific day. Please mark your calendar and give us a call if you would like to pick up any unsold items. We pull clothing after business hours, so we need at least 2 days notice to pull your items, scan them out, and have them ready for you to pick up. If you do not call us within 2 weeks of the expiration date, the items become property of the store and we do regular donations.

Do you accept designer purses?
Yes! Designer purses sell very well. We do require proof of authenticity on high end designer handbags in order to be able to sell them as genuine. If you are not able to provide documentation, we will still gladly consign them for you, but we will have to reflect the lack of authenticity in the price. We regret this policy, however faux bags can be very convincing and we do not have the resources to verify all the different designer bags.

Why didn't you take my things??
There are many factors that go into our decision of what clothes we are able to consign for you. We simply cannot take everything that comes in or we would need five stores to hold it all! We stick very closely to our list of designer brands, as they are proven sellers. We stay within two years of the current season so that the items are fresh and in demand. If we do not have space or have too many of a particular item, we may not be able to accept it at that time. Stained, wrinkled, or torn items cannot be accepted. Please know that we are doing our best to choose things that will sell well for you!
